Important update
I’m moving from Substack
Welcome to ‘Inside Product-led Content’ — weekly-ish, 2-min emails on growing your LLM visibility with product-led content by me, Masooma.
Hey, hi, hello!
Quick update you don’t want to miss:
I’m (partly) moving away from Substack to a new email service provider: Kit.
Starting tomorrow, you’ll begin receiving my emails from there.
To help make sure they keep landing in your primary inbox, I’d love a small favour:
When you receive the first email, open it and hit reply. Even a simple “got it” works.
That little interaction tells inbox providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) I’m good people and helps the transition go smoothly.
More on why I’m making the move below.
Au revoir, Substack? Not really
Substack still feels comfortable and familiar, like a well-worn pair of sneakers.
It made starting a newsletter easy when it felt overwhelming.
And after nearly 5 years, I’ve become rather attached to those little hearts under each issue.
I’ve always liked how easy Substack makes it to interact with an issue.
Though whether it feels that way on your end, especially if you’re not using Substack, is another question.
Switching to another email provider has been a long-overdue decision — one I’ve been dragging my feet on because I’ve been nervous about making it harder for you to engage with the emails.
But I’m moving because it’ll give me more flexibility to create things for you beyond the weekly emails, whether that’s guides, resources, or other useful bits and bobs.
So again, when you see my emails in the coming week, please open them and hit reply.
Tell me what you’re reading, watching, or procrastinating with. Or say hi.
It’ll help keep future emails out of spam folders.
Plus, if I’m being honest, it’ll reassure me that leaving my Substack validation buttons behind wasn’t a terrible idea 😌
Cheers,
- Masooma
